La Cucina del Sole was founded in 2001 by Nicoletta Tavella, cook, cooking teacher, culinary journalist and published author, former TV chef @ Gambero Rosso Channel and sommelier.
When asked what she does for a living she says: “I teach people how to prepare delicious and healthy food and I do it by sharing my knowledge and passion for food with love and a smile”.
She thinks she’s very lucky and privileged to be able to earn her living with something she loves so much. :)
Nicoletta works with a team of expert Italian cooks that will teach you the secrets of real Italian cooking, including the original regional cuisine, with passion and dedication.
