Italian cookery school La Cucina del Sole, ‘The Kitchen of the Sun’, organizes lots of culinary activities, from 4-week cooking courses with a specific theme for every lesson to cooking sessions with your own group (colleagues, team building, friends, family) and workshops with individual signing up, for example on the Tuscan, the Neapolitan or the Sicilian cuisine.
At La Cucina del Sole you learn how to prepare the best traditional Italian dishes. All teachers are experienced Italian born and raised cooks.

Everything we prepare is then eaten at a beautifully set table with great Italian wines.

The cookery workshops, courses and lessons with own group with a maximum of 22 participants are held at our beautiful kitchen, Kookstudio Oud-Zuid in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid.
For bigger groups we use other locations in Amsterdam.

During every workshop you prepare a selection of original and tasty Italian recipes: a three course menu with five different dishes for the lunch and dinner lessons sessions. We teach in Dutch and English (mixed languages for mixed groups, with printed hand-outs in both languages).

Since May 2011 Nicoletta of La Cucina del Sole  has her very own cooking program called “La cucina degli altri” on Italy’s biggest food channel, Gambero Rosso Channel. You can watch her promo here:
